Construction services for 28-Story, 479,000 SF core and shell Class A office tower valued at $52 Million located on congested downtown site in Los Angeles, CA. Included mixed use retail and lobby build-out, $3 Million Public Art Program, and 143,000 SF 3-level below-grade parking garage built over a 24 month schedule. | Superintendent

Significant Achievements

Providing operational support to 75 projects in 34 cities in US, providing risk assessments, creating 100+ resource documents, conducting 65 training classes from 2001-2004.

Playing a significant role in set up and establishment of Turner Business Unit in San Diego starting in 2005 including award and delivery of the landmark construction of Hard Rock Hotel, San Diego.

Delivery of the $153M San Diego New Central Library to City using the first-ever public GMP contract delivery method with heavy involvement in the community and Downtown Dan Diego civic leaders.

Turnover of total of $253M of BEQ Military Housing including a total of 1,700 Beds to our Military Heroes in 2011 receiving "Best in Class" reviews from NAVFAC.

Delivery of 1,000 critical Beds of Student Housing across 8 buildings in 2 phases to UCSD as a Design-Build project in 2009, also winning Design-Build project of year from DBIA.

Delivery of the 750 Room Grand Californian Hotel Resort valued at $183M (in 2001) in just 23 months achieving all 27 contract milestones opening up in 2001 to a 4-Diamond rating and rave reviews.

Renovation of $105M Angel Stadium over an aggressive 18 Month phased schedule and 1,000,000 SF of improvements while accommodating a full baseball season, winning national AGC Excellence Award in 1998.

    5 Year program studying Civil and Construction Engineering (Associates Degree) and Construction Management including 7 Quarters of Co-Op work experience. Worked for Shook National and Turner Construction during this period from 1987-1990. President of several student organizations, received several education scholarships, appeared on Dean's List 10 times, with maintained cumulative GPA of 3.35. Also, represented the Applied Sciences College as the Baccalaureate Graduate of the Year (over 500 other students).
